16 and Pregnant chronicled the journeys of seven pregnant teenagers as they and their families dealt with the pregnancy and birth. Teen Mom follows Maci, Farrah, Amber, and Catelynn as they deal with their new lives as a teen mom and overcome the struggles of their first year as a teen mom.

A little recap of what happened in last week’s episode. Maci confronts her ex and baby’s father, Ryan, about the child supports payments that Ryan did not give and in return Ryan confront her back about her new boyfriend. On the other hand, the controversial Amber has to choose between her ex-boyfriend Gary and her new boyfriend. Catelynn and Tyler consider moving in together while still in high school and single mom Farrah gets a boob job.
